Return Policy
Eligibility
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or significantly different from what was described. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
Non-Returnable Items
- •Screen protectors that have been applied
- •Earphones and headphones that have been used (for hygiene reasons)
- •Items with removed tags or damaged packaging caused by the customer
- •Items purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)
How to Return an Item

Reach out via WhatsApp (+254 794 270 825) or email within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item.
Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours. If approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Return & Refund
Ship the item back or arrange a pickup. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days via M-Pesa.
Refund Details
Refunds are processed to your original M-Pesa payment number within 3-5 business days after we receive and verify the returned item.
Defective items: Full refund including shipping costs.
Change of mind: Refund of item price only. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
Replacements: If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we'll ship a new item at no extra cost (subject to availability).
