Browse our products, add items to your cart, then proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide your delivery details and complete payment via M-Pesa.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can request a cancellation or modification within 1 hour of placing your order by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
How do I know my payment was successful?
You'll receive an M-Pesa confirmation message on your phone and an order confirmation on the website. You can also check your order status in your account dashboard.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery within Nairobi typically takes 1-2 business days. For other locations across Kenya, delivery takes 3-5 business days depending on your area.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on your delivery destination. The exact fee will be communicated when your order is being processed.
Do you deliver nationwide?
Yes! We deliver to all major towns and cities across Kenya. Remote areas may take slightly longer.
How can I track my order?

If you receive a defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
